What To Expect

Here at Trade Mart Furniture Center we take pride in the professional delivery services that we provide to our customers. We have some of the most professional and courteous delivery personnel in the furniture industry.

• You can expect them to place your furniture selection where you want it.

• You can expect them to assemble and install all items being delivered.

• You can expect them to provide a final inspection of your furniture selection after installation.

Delivery Cancellation's

• Deliveries are prepared and loaded 24 hours in advance of the delivery date you selected.

• If you should need to cancel or reschedule your delivery we need you to notify us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery date and time.

• If the 24 hour advance notice is not provided, you will be charged a re-scheduling fee of $29^.00 per cancellation or rescheduled date.

What You Need To Do

• On the day of delivery have someone present at your delivery location to accept your delivery.

• Inspect your delivery thoroughly to insure that it meets your satisfaction.

• Promptly notify us of any problems that you may encounter with your delivery.

• Please have all C.O.D. payments ready for the delivery personnel upon delivery.

Scheduling

Our Scheduling and routing is completed using the most efficient methods available. This reduces the delivery costs for you, the consumer. At the time of your purchase, we will schedule your delivery for the date that you have selected.

• Delivery times are selected and scheduled according to the total routing for the delivery date you selected. We will select and provide you with a 2-hour estimated delivery time window.

• The day before your scheduled delivery we will notify you to confirm the time slot that we have scheduled for you.

• If you have made a request for a specific delivery time, we will do our best to arrange delivery for that time.

However

• We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time!

Product Disposal

• We provide a disposal service for the old furniture or product that you no longer want.

• The service we provide is on an item per item basis.

• For example, if you purchase a new sofa we will dispose of one sofa. If you purchase a new recliner we will dispose of one recliner.

• The disposal fee is $15^.00 per item.
